WOD: Workout of the Day
Bring fun, fitness-inspired energy to your school culture with the Workout of the Day (WOD)—a creative way for staff to strengthen relationships and resilience. Each quick challenge helps teams build connection, spark joy, and make belonging part of the daily routine.

How it Works
Leaders choose 2–3 activities each week, post them on a printable or digital WOD poster, and invite staff to join in. Includes step-by-step leader directions, a year of monthly WOD ideas, editable posters, and pro tips to help you celebrate every challenge.

This resource was created in collaboration with dedicated educators and school leaders. Special thanks to Principal Beth Hooper at E.K. Key Elementary in Sulphur, Louisiana, whose Workout of the Day (W.O.D.) inspired this idea and shows how small, consistent challenges can strengthen relationships and school culture.
