A Hands-On Workshop for School Leaders Ready to Build Stronger Culture

Little Wins Workshop is a two-day leadership experience for principals and district leaders who know that culture isn't a side project - it is the job.

Over two days, you'll learn from real teacher feedback, collaborate with fellow leaders, and leave with a practical culture plan you're ready (and excited!) to implement.

Great culture doesn't happen by accident.

Strong school culture is built through small, everyday leadership decisions. This workshop draws on insights from hundreds of thousands of teacher reflections, plus proven practices from inside and outside K-12, to help you make culture part of how you lead every day.

The experience is built around 10 core practices of school culture makers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions? Curious if this is right for you? We’d love to help. Reach out anytime and we’ll get you what you need to decide.

  • Is this a traditional conference?

Nope! And we prefer it that way. This is a working workshop designed for participation, not passive listening. You’ll be inspired and learn a lot, yes! But the goal is to give you tools and next steps you’re excited to implement.

  • Is this experience relevant if I'm not an Alpaca customer?

Yes, absolutely! You do not need to be an Alpaca customer to attend or benefit from Little Wins Workshop. The experience is designed around practical leadership practices, real teacher voice insights, and proven culture systems that apply to any school or district. You’ll leave with tools and a culture plan you can use immediately—regardless of the systems you currently use.

  • Can I attend just one day?

Tickets are for the full two-day experience. You’re welcome to leave whenever works best for you but we are unfortunately not offering single day tickets at this time.

  • Will I earn professional learning hours?

You’ll receive a certificate of completion and a workshop outline with learning objectives and session length. Districts often use this information to determine professional learning hours, but since every place is different we'll let you handle this post-conference!

  • Will sessions be recorded?

Some content will be shared after the event, but the magic happens in the room.

  • Who is this workshop best for?

Little Wins Workshop is designed for principals, assistant principals, district leaders, and aspiring leaders who want practical tools to build strong school culture. If you’re ready to move from ideas to action, this experience is for you.

  • Will this be relevant if I’m new to leadership?

Yes. Whether you’re early in your leadership journey or have years of experience, the workshop meets you where you are. You’ll design culture practices that fit your context, your team, and your role.

  • Will meals be provided?

Yes! Breakfast and lunch are built into the experience, as well as coffee and snacks throughout.
