How it Works
The school leader secretly assigns 2 to 4 staff members as Connectors, while the rest become Helpers. Throughout the day, Connectors spark small, positive interactions like compliments or thoughtful check-ins. At the end of the day, staff submit 1 to 3 guesses, followed by a fun reveal with lighthearted stats and optional prizes.
