Each month features a themed “You’ve Been…” idea with quick setup directions, treat suggestions, and printable door signs to keep the fun going. Use the leader tips, templates, and pro pointers to organize, launch, and sustain this simple staff kindness chain all year long.

This resource was created in collaboration with dedicated educators and school leaders.
