What’s Your W.I.N.?

This W.I.N. Activity helps school leaders nurture a culture of connection and care—where every staff member feels heard, appreciated, and supported. It’s a simple tool that strengthens trust and spreads joy, even during the busiest seasons.

You can use W.I.N. in two ways—both help staff feel seen, supported, and celebrated: W.I.N. = What I Need and W.I.N. = What I Noticed

How it Works

Kick off the year by introducing W.I.N.s, and keep the momentum going—staff can submit anytime as a quiet check-in during moments of stress or transition. This resource includes step-by-step directions to set up your digital W.I.N. form and lead the activity with your team, plus an optional printable if you’d prefer to go analog or add a personal touch.
