Welcome your new teachers by pairing them with veteran staff and using 8 ready-to-use team-building activities that spark connection and support. Each low-prep activity is designed to build trust, belonging, and a positive school culture all year long.
How it Works
Pair new staff with veteran colleagues at the start of the year, then use one activity each month to spark conversation, collaboration, and shared experiences. Includes step-by-step directions, printable sheets, icebreakers, and creative prompts to run a yearlong staff buddy program.
