How it Works
Leaders guide staff through short reflection prompts, small-group discussion, and a collaborative chain-building activity that captures the habits, connections, and mindsets that help teams move forward. The resource includes leader directions, reflection prompts, multiple activity variations, printable chain links, and tips for revisiting the chain throughout the year.
