Leader Listening Challenge
The Leader Listening Challenge is a simple, practical resource that helps school leaders build trust and strengthen relationships through short, intentional conversations with staff. By focusing on presence and curiosity, it supports a culture where people feel heard, valued, and supported.
How it Works
Leaders connect with 8 different staff members each week for about two minutes each using ready-to-use listening questions. The resource includes 60 conversation prompts, guiding reminders, and printable trackers to make consistent, meaningful check ins easy to sustain.
