Icebreaker: Teacher Telepathy
This fun and engaging icebreaker is designed to get staff interacting and thinking creatively! Each participant will try to match their answer with exactly one other person in the room based on prompts on the word cards. The goal is to create connections through shared responses and have fun competing for the highest score!

How it Works
Each table picks a word card, and everyone secretly writes a word to complete the prompt. The goal is to match exactly one other person’s word; points are earned based on how many people match, and the game continues until all cards are used, with the highest scorer at each table celebrated!
What included
40 school-themed word cards, 16 generic word cards, directions for the school leader, and directions for staff.
