Pass the Phone: Staff Connection Game
Pass the Phone is a quick, lighthearted staff activity that sparks laughter while helping team members recognize the strengths and quirks that make their school community special. Inspired by the popular social media trend, this version keeps the focus on appreciation, positivity, and connection.
How it Works
Staff members take turns saying “I’m passing the phone to…” followed by a positive or fun description of a colleague, then pass the phone to the person who fits that description. This resource includes step by step directions, facilitator tips, prompt ideas, printable prompt cards, and activity variations to help leaders run the activity with ease.
