Showers of Gratitude

How it Works
School leaders set up a “Showers of Gratitude” display where staff, students, or families write appreciation notes and add them to the board throughout the week. The resource includes printable signs, gratitude templates, example displays, and activity variations to make celebrating staff simple and visible.
