How it Works

Staff play quick Rock, Paper, Scissors rounds throughout the day, collecting beads and ending with a brief celebration. The resource includes clear directions, optional tweaks, activity variations, a champion certificate, and a ready-to-use staff email.

This resource was created in collaboration with dedicated educators and school leaders. Special thanks to Elly Boeckman, Behavior Coach at Ledges Elementary, whose Rock, Paper, Scissors Day inspired this activity and shows how simple, low-lift ideas can bring teams together.
