How it Works

Leaders select a shared instructional focus, and teachers record a two-minute clip of a lesson moment to reflect on individually and discuss in small groups. The downloadable resource includes clear leader guidance, teacher directions, reflection prompts, and a printable video reflection sheet to support safe, structured conversations.

Educator Collaboration

This resource was created in collaboration with dedicated educators and school leaders. Special thanks to Abigail Norgren, Principal at Kingsley Elementary, whose two-minute video reflection practice inspired this resource and shows how thoughtful, low-lift structures can support growth and collaboration.
