How it Works
We asked our Camp Alpaca participants to reflect on the small practices that make a big difference in their schools. They each shared five favorite strategies in four key areas: growth, wellness, celebration, and leadership support. We gathered their responses, grouped the most-loved ideas, and added clear descriptions so you can easily bring them to your own school.
