Council Bluffs Community Schools used Alpaca Pulse to make teacher wellbeing visible, measurable, and actionable across the district. Through brief monthly check-ins, leaders could see the real words educators used to describe their experience at work and understand what support was needed most. Teacher voice became a consistent, ongoing data point for leadership and management throughout the school year, rather than relying on a once-a-year survey.
